It is a wrench, and wrenches on the designated fastener like a good wrench should. Hopefully will not disappear like it's predecessor, which I suspect ran away to join the circus.

Well made wrench. I bought is as a back up for the one that came with my scope mount.

The wrench is beatifully made.....BUT...is lost easily because it is to long to put into the AR pistol grip. I recommend shortening it to fit and it would be quite useful.

Good enough wrench. Easily misplaced like the tiny allen wrench for adjusting CT laser grips. CT provides replacements for free. Tried using other wrenches and the proprietary La Rue wrench is the only one that works. Just my .02 cents. There’s no free lunch or replacement wrenches.

Does what it needs to and well, although it is super easy to lose or misplace it when you need it most. The C.A.N. Mount does away with the need for this tool entirely, which seems smart.

Well, the part is " propritary" so how do you rate it? I will say that if I had to do the whole removable mount thing again there are better out there or at least every bit as good for a cheaper price. The packaging and shipping of this simple wrench took weeks, literally. I'll give larue 2 Dillon's for that. I mean larue builds some ok stuff and some garbage so shop and shop wisely
